  • The support system is accessible 24 hours a day.
    • The course webpage of the system will display details such as: course name, subject matter, number of hours, instructor, summary of content, evaluation criteria, and participant qualifications.
    • The system can support video clip resolutions of at least 720p (1280x720 pixels).
  • Presence Check: The system will randomly ask (pop-up quiz) or conduct an automated test to verify your presence by answering CAPTCHA questions during the lesson.
  • Auto-Pause: The video will stop playing immediately if the learner opens another window.
Completion Criteria & Assessment
100% Progression tracking and automatic, accurate evaluation system.
  • 100% Progression Lock: Learners must complete all topics and accumulate 100% of the required time (watching materials). (The Department of Skill Development will only count video-based learning hours.)
  • Pre/Post Testing Engine: Supports multiple-choice tests and real-time grading.
  • Auto-Scoring Rule: The system can automatically set a minimum passing score of 60%. If a learner fails, the system will guide back to review the content. (The passing score can be set manually.)

  • Instant Generation: Once a learner meets both the attendance criteria (100%) and the exam score (>60%), the system can immediately issue an e-Certificate in electronic format.
